... appellants ( CRA 451 of 2015) It appears from the order dated 17th January, 2019 that Mr. Sekhar Bas, learned senior counsel with Mr. Pinak Miatra , learned advocate appeared on behalf of the appellants. Subsequently however, on 20th June, 2019 and again on 29th November, 2019 the appellants remained unrepresented.

The Section Officer, Criminal Appeal Section is directed to inform Mr. Pinak Mitra, learned advocate on record, Bar Association Room No. 4, having his mobile No. 9831215377 about the pendency of these appeals intimating him that both the appeals will be listed on 5th April, 2021 for hearing. If the learned advocate on record for the appellants failed to take step, necessary order shall be passed in accordance with law in both the appeals.
