Phoolbagan, Kolkata-700054.

The petitioners have challenged the said demolition order claiming themselves to be the tenants in respect of the said premises.

In course of hearing of this writ petition, the petitioners have filed an undertaking before this Court to vacate the premises by October 15, 2024.

Let the undertaking filed by the writ petitioners be kept with the record.

In that view of the undertaking, I am not inclined to keep this writ petition pending.

The Corporation will be at liberty to proceed with the demolition order after October 15, 2024. With the said observation, WPA 18607 of 2024 is disposed of.
