Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the petitioner being assaulted, no steps have been taken by the police authorities and the petitioner's harvest is being destroyed at the behest of the private respondents.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Khanakul Police Station Case No. 548 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025 has already been registered for investigation and the investigation of the said case is in progress.

Petitioner again complains regarding interference at the behest of the private respondents to which State contends that an age-old issue relating to demarcation of the

property is existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

Having considered the issue relating to cultivation and harvest, I am of the view that the petitioner would approach the appropriate authorities for resolving the same. The primary grievance of the petitioner relating to inaction of the police authorities has been addressed.

Consequently, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 17808 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
