Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of challenge in the writ petition was a tender notice of 2019. Thus, the writ petition has become infructuous due to efflux of time. Under such circumstances, no order can be passed.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
