The appellant is not represented, nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant. The appeal is arising out of an order in connection with an application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The learned Trial Judge passed an ad-interim order of injunction. Having regard to the nature of dispute, we are of the view that the ad-interim order does not call for any interference.

Accordingly, the appeal and the connected application stand dismissed.
