However, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. No accommodation has been sought for either.

This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the third respondent in O.A. No.14 of 2022 praying for a direction upon the learned Wakf Tribunal, West Bengal at Kolkata to dispose of O.A. No.14 of 2022 expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that the 1st August, 2024 was fixed for hearing of the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act. In the event, such application is still pending, the learned Wakf Tribunal, West Bengal at Kolkata is requested to dispose of the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

After disposal of the interlocutory application, the learned Wakf Tribunal is requested to dispose of O.A. No.11 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

With the above observation, C.O. 2611 of 2024 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
