Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that his dwelling house has been affixed with a padlock and he is being threatened at the behest of the private respondent no.5.

State has submitted a report through the Inspector-in-Charge, Mandir Bazar Police Station which reflects that an enquiry was conducted. There are disputes for which written agreements were entered into. It is further contended that there are certain issues relating to borrowing of money and refund of the same.

Be that as it may, police authorities are having knowledge regarding the disputes between the petitioner and the private respondent. Having regard to the same, I am of the view that if the petitioner has further materials in his custody,

petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law. Learned Magistrate would assess and ascertain regarding the accusations and pass necessary directions without being influenced by any observations made by this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 17814 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
