The petitioner filed two applications for transfer from his present school to the other. The first application was returned on the ground of single teacher. The second application was also returned to him on the ground of single teacher. On 8th September, 2021 amendment to the General Transfer Rules, 2015 came into effect and the petitioner comes into the fold of the amended Rules of 2015.

Hence, I direct the District Inspector of Schools to consider the matter of the petitioner and it possible to make one local arrangement. The decision of the District Inspector of Schools is to be communicated

to the petitioner by three months from date of communication of this order.

The matter is disposed of.
