This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India at the instance of the applicants praying for a direction upon the learned Wakf Tribunal, West Bengal at Kolkata to dispose of O.A. No.11 of 2022 expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that the 1st August, 2024 was fixed for hearing of the application under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure. In the event, such application is still pending, the learned Wakf Tribunal, West Bengal at Kolkata is requested to dispose of the application for addition of parties filing in O.A. No.11 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

After disposal of the interlocutory application, the learned Wakf Tribunal is requested to dispose of O.A. No.11 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

There shall be no order as to costs.
