Inadvertent typographical error has crept into the order dated 3rd January, 2023 mentioning the nomenclature of the Court in the aforesaid order in the 14th line as "Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, at Bararckpore, North 24 Parganas instead of "Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, at Bararckpore, North 24 Parganas". The nomenclature of the court in the aforesaid order be read as "Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, at Bararckpore, North 24 Parganas" instead of "Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, at Bararckpore, North 24 Parganas".

The order is modified to the above extent.

The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.
