The affidavit-of-service as filed by the petitioner and the instruction as filed by the respondent nos. 2 and 3 are taken on record.

The petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the authority for issuance of eligibility certificate to appear in the National Exit Test for enrolment in the State Registrar for medical practitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation on August 9, 2023 but the same has not been considered and is still pending before the concerned authority.

The learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 has handed over a communication wherein it reveals that the petitioner has not applied for eligibility certificate application through the EC portal and as
such, the request of the petitioner has not been considered.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit an application through EC portal within a week from date and if any application is made by the petitioner for grant of eligibility certificate to appear in the National Exit Test, the respondent no. 3 shall consider the application of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the application and if the authority found that the petitioner is not entitled to get the eligibility certificate shall pass a reasoned and speaking order and shall communicate to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

Accordingly, WPA 17641 of 2025 is disposed of. 7.
As the petition is disposed of at the stage of 'Motion', affidavit has not been called for. Accordingly, the allegation as made in the writ application is deemed to have been denied.
