The instant writ petition was taken up for hearing on 3rd July, 2013. It was filed in the year 2012. Even on the first date of hearing the petitioners were not represented by their learned Advocate. Under such circumstances, there is every reason to hold that the petitioners are not willing to proceed with the instant writ petition and accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
