The petitioners have filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated June 30, 2025 wherein this Court has dismissed the writ petition for default for none appearance of the petitioners when the matter was called.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was running in the combined monthly list but all of a sudden the matter has taken up for hearing due to which learned counsel for the petitioners could not appear before this Court and thus this Court has dismissed the writ petition for default and immediately, the petitioners have filed the present application for recalling of the order.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Perused the application, this Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for none appearance of the petitioners before this Court on June 30, 2025. Accordingly, the order dated June 30, 2025 is recalled.

5. WPA 18667 of 2024 is restored in its original file.

6. CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. Learned counsel for the respondents prays for time to take instruction with regard to the writ application.

8. Accordingly, for the interest of justice, the case is adjourned.

9. Let the matter appear on February 18, 2026 under the heading "Urgent Motion".

10. It is made clear that on the date fixed if the respondents failed to come with the instruction the appropriate order will be passed.
