The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the subject History (Pass) at Muchikata Junior High School, District-Bankura.

The application of the petitioner for general transfer under 'Utsashree Portal'

has been returned as he is the single teacher of the subject in the school.

The interest of the students of the school is paramount, considering the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the said prayer of the petitioner for general transfer.

W.P.A. 18257 of 2022 is dismissed with the above terms without any order as to costs.
