1. A casual ad hoc employee has no right to be considered for being appointed in the died-inharness category. There is no scheme for that.

2. Under such circumstances, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

3. Accordingly, the appeal and the application stand dismissed.

4. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
