Petitioner complains of violation of the order dated September 5, 2018 passed in WPLRT 73 of 2018 by which, the time framed by the learned Tribunal directing the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer to dispose of the representation was extended. It was extended for a period of four weeks from the date of the order. Petitioner complains that, despite service of the order dated September 5, 2018, the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer did not take any steps.

In such circumstances, there will be a Rule as prayed for.

The Rule is made returnable on June 23, 2023. The alleged contemnor need not be personally present on the returnable date at 2 p.m.

in the event the order stands complied with in the meantime.

Petitioner will communicate this order upon the alleged contemnor.
