Ms. Mekhla Sinha .... For the Respondent no. 6. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated 8th April, 2024. It is submitted that the private respondents have illegally and unauthorizedly constructed in the subject premises without any lawful sanction or permission.

The State is represented and relies on a Report filed by the police authorities to suggest that the disputes are purely civil in nature.

The private respondent no. 6 is also represented and submits that the subject premises is undivided and undemarcated land and the petitioner has no right in respect thereof.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of S.D.

the parties, WPA 18646 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the concerned Pradhan being the respondent no. 4 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 8th

April, 2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and in accordance with law after giving right of hearing to all the parties. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and the respondent no. 4 is to act strictly in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation made in this order and after hearing all the parties.
