We note that his prayer for bail was rejected twice last of which being in July 2021. Subsequently, co-accused Amit Biswas has been granted bail. The petitioner has been named by the injured eye-witness. He does not stand on the same footing with coaccused Amit Biswas who has been enlarged on bail. Hence, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
