From the report forwarded by the Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas signed on 5th August, 2024 it appears that the petitioner secured 26.5750 marks and the cut off marks in the S.C. category is 29.5550.

As the petitioner appears to have secured marks less than the cut off marks, accordingly, the question of issuance of appointment letter in his favour does not arise at all.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
