She is in custody for 145 days. She renews her bail prayer.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits bail prayer was rejected on merits in June, 2023. Date has been fixed for recording prosecution evidence. We have considered the materials on record. Victim housewife was administered poison and murdered. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Date for recording prosecution evidence has been fixed. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
