Sri Pranab Boral This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking withdrawal of Matrimonial Suit No. 233 of 2015 pending before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Berhampore, District - Murshidabad and transfer of it to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Calcutta.

The wife/respondent of the said matrimonial suit is the petitioner of the present application.

None appears in support of the application either virtually or physically on call, no accommodation has been sought for.

C.O. 3011 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. No order as to costs.

The department is directed to communicate this order to the aforesaid Court where the said suit is pending. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
