Since the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of GR Case No.2805 of 2022 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 10th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas the matter may be disposed of without service of notice upon the opposite parties.

Opposite parties shall not be prejudiced if an order for expeditious disposal of the matter is passed in their absence. Expeditious disposal of the matter shall in fact enure to the benefit of both the parties.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This Court is informed that charge was framed against the accused/opposite party on 25th April, 2024 and the next date for evidence is fixed on 6th November, 2024.

Since the matter is pending since 2022 the learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible without granting any

unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The revisional application being CRR 3047 of 2024 is disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
