Learned Advocate for the de facto complainant produces photocopy of marriage registration certificate issued by the Office of the Registrar General of Marriages, Law Department, Government of West Bengal, certifying that the petitioner and the de facto complainant have got married. Let the certificate be kept with the records.

3. In view of the aforesaid, we are inclined to confirm the order of interim bail that the petitioner is enjoying on the same terms and conditions on which interim bail was granted to the petitioner and we do so.
