This Court, by its order dated 3rd November, 2022, allowed the petitioner/applicant to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- as cost for the delay caused in preferring the Special Leave to Appeal within a period of seven days. Pursuant to the prayer made on 17th November, 2022, the said period was extended till 30th November, 2022.

The petitioner being the complainant before the learned trial court also ignored the regular proceedings before the court and was under the impression that according to their will and wish the court proceedings will progress. The attitude of the corporate entities is not acceptable to this Court. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2022 which was allowed subject to payment of Rs.25,000/- within a period of seven days is hereby recalled. The application for condonation of delay is hereby dismissed.

Consequently, CRMSPL 51 of 2022 is dismissed. Pending any other applications, if any, are also disposed of.
