Under such circumstances, this Court appoints Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick, learned Additional Government Pleader, to represent the State respondents, his appointment be regularized, copy of the writ petition be served upon Mr. Basu Mallick.

The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the subject Political Science at Deopul Adhar Memorial High School, District-24-Parganas (North).

The application of the petitioner for general transfer under 'Utsashree Portal' has been returned as he is the single teacher of the subject in the school.

The interest of the students of the school is paramount, considering the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the said prayer of the petitioner for general transfer. W.P.A. 18265 of 2022 is dismissed with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
