1. This matter is appearing in the supplementary list under the heading "To Be Mentioned" upon urgent mentioning by learned advocate for the petitioner.

2. Inadvertent typographical error has crept in the cause title of the order dated 22nd September, 2025 in mentioning the police station case number as "Saithia Police Station Case No.297 of 2015" instead of "Saithia Police Station Case No.297 of 2024".

3. Let the police station case number in the cause title of the order dated 22nd September, 2025 be read as "Saithia Police Station Case No.297 of 2024" instead of "Saithia Police Station Case No.297 of 2015".

4. The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent.

5. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

6. This order shall form part of order dated 22nd September, 2025.
