The Pradhan, Champa Khatun is present in Court. Documents have been filed to show that a hearing had been called for in terms of the order of this Court and the proceedings have been recorded in the resolution book. Copy of the resolution book has also been produced before this Court. The Pradhan has signed the resolution book. Thus, this Court does not find that there is any necessity to keep the contempt application pending. The contempt application is disposed of. The contempt proceeding is dropped and rule is discharged. The Pradhan shall communicate its reasoned decision to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from date. If the petitioners are aggrieved by such decision, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
