The petitioner seeks transfer. At present the petitioner working at Dhola High School (H.S.), District - South 24 Parganas. From Annexure P-7 at page 24 to the writ petition it appeared that the case of the petitioner was rejected by the Head of the Institution for the reason that as per the resolution dated February 21, 2022 adopted by the Managing Committee of the School the case of the petitioner could not be forwarded.

The petitioner contended that neither the copy of the resolution dated February 21, 2022 was forwarded to the petitioner nor the reason under such resolution was communicated to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the Head of the Institution i.e. respondent No. 5 shall communicate the reason from the said resolution dated February 21, 2022 to the petitioner by a written communication within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of the order.

Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

Resultantly, this writ petition being WPA 18267 of 2022 stands disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
