Petitioner submits that the private respondents are interfering with the peaceful enjoyment of the property with the ulterior object of evicting him. Petitioner apprehends that there would be irreparable injury caused to the petitioner in case the private respondents are successful in their design of throwing out of the property. Additionally it has been contended that in T.S. No. 474 of 2024 the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Baruipur passed a direction of not to disturb the plaintiff's peaceful possession in the suit property. There are directions under section 163(2) of the BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities are aware regarding the dispute existing

between the petitioner and the private respondents, I am of the view that police authorities would ensure that there is no violation of law and order and the situation at any point of time do not blow out of proportion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 17823 of 2025 is disposed of.
