Since the innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of the proceeding being Complaint Case No. 1556 of 2023 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas the matter may be taken up for consideration without service of notice upon the opposite parties.

The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the matter. It appears that the matter is pending since 2023. In view of the above, the learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law. The revisional application being CRR 3051 of 2024 is disposed of.
