Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the tractors were intercepted carrying steam coal which was concealed by sand. The tractors did not bear any registration number. On enquiry, the police learnt that the petitioners are the owners.

Apparently, the petitioners are the owners of the tractors which were intercepted with the materials as noted in the case diary.

In view of the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 3917 of 2022 is dismissed.
