It appears that the principal grievance of the petitioners relates to a show cause notice dated May 14, 2023 appearing at page 179 of the writ petition. On behalf of the College as well as for the Principal, it has been submitted before this Court that following the order dated June 09, 2023 passed in WPA No. 13201 of 2023 (Soma Mukhopadhyay Vs. Th State of West Bengal & Ors.) the said notice has been withdrawn by the college.

In that view of the matter nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

This writ petition is disposed of on the basis of such stand of the College authorities.

The College is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
