1. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application are present.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that this revisional application was filed with a prayer for quashment of FIR under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is submitted that the case has already been ended by filing FRT (Mistake of Facts), as a sequel the revisional application has become infructuous.

3. In the aforesaid view of the matter, the revisional application stands dismissed being infructuous.
