The petitioner complains of several illegalities which took place on the day of the election and also at the time of counting.

It appears that complaint was lodged before the respondent authorities on 18th July, 2023. The election was conducted on 8th July, 2023 and the result of the election was declared on 11th July, 2023.

It is evident that the petitioner lodged complaint at a very belated date.

No direction can be passed in the present writ petition for consideration of such complaint which was filed long after the result of the election was declared.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, if permissible in law, for redressal of his grievances.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
