It is further submitted petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner has criminal antecedents. We have considered the materials on record. Stolen articles were recovered from the petitioner. He has criminal antecedents. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and bearing in mind the nature of offence, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
