We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. We find no change in circumstance since the last rejection of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court shall consider the issue of framing of charge at the earliest.
