1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that the instant revisional application was filed with a prayer for transfer the proceeding in connection with G.R. No. 354 of 2014 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Asansol to the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia.

2. It is submitted that the said G.R. No. 354 OF 2014 has already been disposed of on 2nd August, 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate 4th Court, Asansol and as a result this revisional application has become infructuous.

3. Given facts and circumstances, the instant revisional application stands dismissed being infructuous.
