Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners refers to the two first information reports. He submits that the contents of the two first information reports are contradictory to each other. The petitioners were falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary and in particular to subsequent complaint received by the police. He opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

The de facto complainant is represented.

Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offences and the complicity of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM 7844 of 2021 is disposed of.
