Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses and contemporaneous document i.e. seizure memorandum show recovery of 1002 pieces of yaba tablets from the possession of the petitioner and as bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
