In Re. CRAN 1 of 2023 The instant CRAN application has been filed for necessary modification of the order passed by this Court on April 12, 2023. The prayer of the learned advocate innocuous, so I think it need be ordered accordingly. Thus, it is ordered that the C.S.W. no.2 and C.S.W. no.3 shall jointly appear before the learned District Judge and Sessions Judge, Paschim Midnapore on third day of May 2023 for recording their evidence and for cross-examination. The order passed by this Court is hereby modified accordingly. The instant order shall make a part of the order passed by this Court on April 12, 2023.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
