Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the interregnum, the electricity connection of the petitioner has been restored by the Distribution Licensee.

Such stand is corroborated by learned counsel appearing for the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited.

In view of such development, there is no necessity to keep the writ petition pending further. Accordingly, WPA No. 18284 of 2022 is disposed of as infructuous without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the

parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
