1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the instant revisional application filed by the relatives of the husband with a prayer for quashment of the proceeding under Sections 498A/406 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with G.R. 78 of 2015 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas had already been quashed by the order of the Co-ordinate Bench in disposing of one revisional application being No. CRR 3853 of 2015.

2. In support of his submission learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner filed a server copy of the order and the same be kept with the record.

3. Given facts and circumstances, the instant revisional application stands dismissed being already quashed by the order of the Co-ordinate Bench in connection with CRR 3853 of 2015.
