Petitioners submit they had not been put up for T.I. parade. Recovery of stolen articles had not been made from them. Accordingly, they pray for bail.

Learned lawyer opposes the bail prayer. He submits the petitioners have criminal antecedents. The stolen articles were recovered from their possession pursuant to statement of coaccused. CDRs show telephonic exchanges between the co-accused and the petitioners at the time of occurrence. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners have criminal antecedents. CDRs show there were telephonic exchanges between the petitioner and the co-accused who were involved in dacoity. On the leading statement of the co-accused, some of the stolen articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating circumstances and the criminal antecedents of the petitioners, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Signed By :
