1. On the basis of the finding of the Three-Man Inquiry Committee as recorded in the order dated 15th May, 2013, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

2. The appeal and the application for stay, being CAN 3 of 2015 (old CAN 7045 of 2015) are, accordingly, dismissed. However there shall be no order as to costs.
