Petitioner prays for relaxation of conditions of the anticipatory bail dated December 3, 2021.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the police filed charge-sheet. The petitioner complied with all conditions of the bail. The petitioner meet the Investigating Officer as directed. The condition requiring the petitioner not to leave the jurisdiction of the Sainthia Police Station is inimical to the employment of the petitioner. The petitioner is a Upper Division Clerk engaged at the Block Development Office, Suri. The petitioner is unable to attain his duties.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State relies upon a communication dated February 1, 2022 which be taken on record. The police filed charge-sheet. Therefore, the requirement of the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer is waived. Considering the fact that the petitioner is an employee and his office is outside the jurisdiction of the Sainthia Police Station, we relax the condition of the bail requiring not to leave the jurisdiction of the Sainthia Police Station. All other condition granting anticipatory bail will remain the same.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
