2. Mr. Sudarshan Ghosh, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Jahar Lal De, learned counsel for the alleged contemnors are present.

3. Mr. De, learned advocate for the respondents, by producing reports being Memo No.1083/Sank/24 dated 26.09.2024 and Memo No.2515/R.M. dated 22.09.2025, submits that the department has initiated action for compliance of the order. He may be permitted to seek instruction within how much time the entire exercise will be over. He prays for and granted 10 days time to file the same.
