The contempt application is taken up for consideration in presence of the learned advocate representing the applicant.

The contempt application has arisen out of the order passed by this Court on 20th April, 2022.

Learned advocate for the applicant is directed to serve notice enclosing copy of this order and the copy of the contempt application upon the alleged contemnors within three weeks from date and file affidavit-of-service on the adjourned date. The contempt application is made returnable on 9th June, 2023.

However, pendency of this contempt application shall not preclude the alleged contemnors to comply with the order passed by this Court.
