1. Heard the submissions of both the learned advocates appearing for the parties. Perused the Case Diary.

2. On careful consideration of the materials from the Case Diary as well as on perusal of the statement of various witnesses recorded under Section 180 of the B.N.S.S. especially the injured victim lady from the Case Diary and further considering the seriousness of the allegations, this Court, therefore finds sufficient incriminating materials and is unable to extend the benefit of Section 482 of the B.N.S.S. in favour of the present petitioner for granting anticipatory bail and the same stands refused.

3. Accordingly, the application being, CRM (A) 2775 of 2025 stands dismissed.
