The writ petitioner is aggrieved that L.R. Appeal No.326 of 2019 dated 19.07.2019 filed before the Sub-Divisional Land and Land Reforms Officer, Kakdwip has not been disposed of till date.

The prayer of the petitioner being rather innocuous, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Sub-Divisional Land and Land Reforms Officer, Kakdwip to dispose of the petitioner's appeal as above, within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order, mandatorily and positively.

Petitioner shall serve notice of this order on the Sub-Divisional Land and Land Reforms Officer, Kakdwip (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
