1302/SDO/JLD under the provisions of the West Bengal SC/ST (Identification) Rules 1995.

The petitioner submits that the order is perverse and in violation of principle of natural justice.

This Court is of the view that the grounds as regards violation of natural justice are not evident or apparent from the writ petition.

However, since the petitioner has effective, efficacious and alternative remedy before the District Magistrate, in the form of appeal, under Section 7(f) of the aforesaid Rules 1995, he may avail the same.

If such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from date, the District Magistrate shall proceed to decide the same in accordance with law, treating the delay as condoned.

With the aforesaid direction, WPA 18999 of 2021 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.
